Algebra I Regents Passport (Flagship Program)
The Algebra I Regents Passport is the cornerstone of Neighborhood Educational Partners’ academic support offerings—a 20-week, skills-based program designed to help students who are struggling with Algebra I earn a passing score on the New York State Regents exam and put them on track to graduate.
We created this program to address a persistent challenge: students who have the potential to pass the Algebra I Regents but are held back by skill gaps, test anxiety, and inconsistent support. Too often, school-based prep efforts stretch already-overextended staff without delivering the results students deserve. That’s where we come in.
Our team lifts the burden off principals and school teams by running the entire process—end to end. We identify students, handle outreach and enrollment, design instruction, track attendance and performance, and provide updates along the way. There’s no need for your math teachers or admin team to squeeze in extra prep sessions or manage more logistics. We take care of it all.
How It Works:
We collaborate with your team to identify students scoring 55+ who are close to passing.
Our staff engages students through outreach, incentives, and clear messaging about the opportunity.
Instruction happens in small groups led by dynamic educators trained to rebuild confidence and fill key skill gaps.
Students work on essential pre-algebra and algebra skills, complete mock Regents exams, and receive consistent, targeted feedback.
The Results:
Students in the program consistently meet or exceed district-level Regents pass rates—even those who previously failed one or more times.
Our 20-week model is reliable, scalable, and deeply appreciated by schools looking for a turnkey solution that works.
Students not only pass—they grow to enjoy the process and feel ownership over their success.
